Welcome to The Chaos Flip!

Yep, I Flipped Out:

My name is Brooke. I'm a proud member of the neurodivergent community and a full-time working parent of three (with two kids also diagnosed with ADHD), I know firsthand the daily struggles of staying organized. From piles of laundry to forgotten school events, missed deadlines, and financial stress, I’ve lived through the whirlwind! After a total breakdown, I had enough. With lots of research, brainstorming, personal trials, and late night shower tears-- I’ve found a way out!

Thrive, not just survive:

For years, I felt like I was constantly treading water, searching for a way to stay afloat. But along the way, I discovered a truth that changed everything: life does not have to be perfect to feel manageable. With the right tools and mindset, I learned it’s possible to create a life that feels organized and free—without rigid routines that stifle your spark. That’s why I started The Chaos Flip: to help parents like me flip their chaos into calm.

At The Chaos Flip:

I create digital organizing tools like daily planners, budgets, cleaning checklists, and reminders designed specifically for families like mine—families who need practical solutions that adapt to ever-changing schedules. Every file is text fillable so you can customize it to fit your unique needs and make adjustments as life evolves. These tools are simple yet effective because ADHD-friendly planning requires flexibility without sacrificing functionality.

Take a deep breath, darling. There will always be chaos in life but it can be so much sweeter--join me on the flip side. Explore my products today and take the first step toward a taking on your stress-less life.
